Crisp white engraved calligraphy on charcoal brown paper with remarkable details.

This is an incredible unique suite with a highly detailed and skillful production process. Engraving is a wonderful and fitting printing method for calligraphy -- the raised ink texture can make you feel like each invitation was individually hand-written. The square format is appealing and the justified lines of the invitation text create a beautiful work of art. 

Each invitation is double-backed for added thickness and a feeling of significance. The edges are then hand-painted in a coral orange color to match the envelope lining and reply envelope. All these steps...produce stunning results.

The charcoal brown paper by French Paper Co. is an alluring and unique color. We debate it all the time but it exists somewhere between a deep, warm grey and a rich brown. We've never seen anything like it.
